My phone got puk'd and as it is too late to ring them i choose the alternative by signing up to their webiste and getting myself an account. But to activate this account they send a pin to your phone My phone is blocked.can any1 help me asap please

register for my t-mobile, looks like you'd use it :-)

It could be worth checking in your sim pack as in my T-Mobile packs it shows you the PUK code.
