Leaving Voda seems to be just as problematic as being with them... Just how long does it take for a PAC code these days? In fact C/S staff don't seem to know either. First I am told 24 hours then 48 hours now I am told 72 hours but they cannot give it to me over the phone I have to wait to get the code in the post which could take 5-7 working days?
So can someone shed some light on this one for me? I cannot beleive in this day and age I have to wait up to 7 days for a PAC code... Leaving other operators in the past I have been given the number over the phone and even had it txt'd to my mob...
Why does it take so long is it because of the high churn? Or are Voda using a old Windows 95 computer to generate the code?
