Is anybody here using Good Messaging? (also known as GoodLink)

And have you been having problems this week?

It looks like there is a problem with UDP traffic on the T-Mobile network that is causing problems - anybody else seeing problems with this or other apps?

T-Mobile techs are looking into the problem as I type, but I was curious to see if anybody else has been having problems.

I have been having problems with both 3G capable devices on the Good network this week, the normal GPRS devices in our deployment unaffected.
I have spent about a day on the phone with Good Support.

Do you have any details on what the issues are and when they may be resolved?

The symptoms we have been experiencing is lack of sync when in 3G coverage, but works when 3G not available

That's interesting - I have seen some connectivity in some areas, but haven't noticed whether we have a 3G signal or not when we do get connected.

Thinking back, it's likely that the "good" areas for Good to work are off the beaten track, and probably out of 3G coverage.
