I need help please?

I am having issues trying to find a way to unlock my phone. It is a FOMA P-2102V incase you need this info, thus it does not use sim cards. Please help me on how to acquire a Subsidy Unlock Code and how to input this code into my phone. I would greatly appreciate it and I need my phone unlocked.
