Voicemail is dead

Bizarrely my voicemail has stopped functioning. When I dial 121 I get the vodafone voicemail connection service and if I select 1 to be connected to voicemail it says "sorry, I am unable to connect you" or something simlar and cuts me off.

Even the enhanced stuff from vodafone.net doesnt seem to work on my phone.

Bit confused and two CS reps have tried to help me now but its not working. The last one said wait 24hrs but im wandering if anyone has any tips now?

Working for Vodafone I can tell you there has been problems with some voicemail accounts recently on the network. Is it still happening?

Hiya,

I managed to get it fixed after a few calls. On monday I called and spoke to a very helpful lady who sorted it with the technical department for me.

Was something like I had voicemail activated according to my account, but it wasnt really activated on the network or something!
