View Full Version : Vodafone TV Cant cancel it

I thought i'd try out mobile TV. I selected the £3 a month variety pack and had a month free. To say the least its not very good so I want to cancel before it renews for another month.
The wap my account links time out and its not diaplayed in "My Vodafone" online.
To top it off if I call 191 I get "Your call can not be taken at present as we are too busy. Please call back later"
Well, thats a lot of help!
Ive been trying to cancel this for over a week now and cant :mad:

Sorry to read the problem your having cancelling your mobile TV. Working for Vodafone, I may be able to help.
If you've registered for an online account on the Vodafone website (http://www.vodafone.co.uk), if you log in, go to my plan, then review my subscriptions, you should then be able cancel the mobile TV
If this doesn't work, or you don't have an online account, if you go to the Contact Us (http://online.vodafone.co.uk/dispatch/Portal/appmanager/vodafone/wrp?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=Page_BOS_ContactUsContent&pageID=PCU_0001&redirectedByRedirectsImplServletFlag=true) section on the Vodafone website, you'll have the option to send us an email. If you include FIT135 in the body of the text, it will be picked up by a team who'll be able to cancel it for you

Thanks for the reply Faza. Unfortunately it doesnt appear in the subscriptions section in MyVodafone -Not sure why!

Hi, You can cancel your mobile tv vis your handset, if you go into VF live! anfd hit the star icon, then 'my subscriptions', you sould be able to do it there

Thanks guys, the ticket worked. It seems that when I clicked cancel and the page timed out on WAP it still canceled it thats why the option didnt appear again.. doh!
