I go to top up at the same place as I have done for the past 6 years using the same card and phone. all goes as it should and I wait the usual 10 minutes for my top up to "be applied".
an hour goes by and nothing...now its 2...and i ring vodafone
being a saturday no-one answers.
anyone else had this problem?
(i had a look at the network status of vodafone and all is ok)
