See my february thread.
Was told i was going on a 12 month contract, turns out they lied and i am on 18 month.
Liars Liars Liars.
Tricked into taking out a 30 day contract at £10 month to compensate them putting me on a 12 month contract, but still they put me on 18 month contract. cannot find out how to cancel insurance.
Usual crap from customer service.
NEVER TRUST VERBAL AGREEMENTS.
Take back all i said about good customer service. Knew it was too good to be true.
Very Very angry, again.
Have also been checking my first bill from the "new" account and find that i dont again appear to be getting my full inclusive minute allocation. Think i am losing more than three minutes on evening and weekend calls. See what they say this time.
