Hi.
This is aimed at Voda staff (obviously). I coming to the end of my 18 month contract with Voda, at the moment I'm paying £20 a month for 75mins 1,000 text's (long story about the amount of txt, in short got knocked off student tariff by accident).
Anyway another network has offered me 600 xnet mins + unlimited text's for £35 which is very very tempting. If i was to tell the reason for my cancellation is there a chance they will match or even better this deal as I would be willing to stay if so. Also if I did stay with Voda could I change my number, I have a PAYG phone with O2 which number I would like to use so could it be used if I renew my contract with Voda?
Also how much notice can I give of cancellation? Is it 30 days or can I give slightly more than that?
