Hey, as the title suggests does anyone? as i just applied for a job there and i am quite keen i will get it just want to know if anyone has got any tips for me or what i should expect or what is it like to work for vodafone? thanks to who ever replies.

hi there, yea i work for one of the retail stores, one of the bigger stores, it is incredibly fun and rewarding the training is really good that they provide, you even get the chance to do an NVQ in sales as part of working for vodafone. when you start in the store is it quite over whelming as there are LOTS of computer systems to learn. as well as many policies and procedures, as well as everything else u need to learn (tariffs etc...) but i think once your used to it, it is very rewarding, and the money ent bad either lol.but there are a lot of targers (contracts, upgrades, hard ware loss, accesories, vodafone family, business targers) but it's cool as long as u keep on top lol. good luck
