disconnected from pay as u go contract

Hi I got the same problem as someone below after having a pay as you talk sim for 7 odd years I only been using for in coming calls the last few months on Wednesday I got the inactive sim message and call customer service but was told the number was already given to a sim card somewhere in their system but being 3 days surely something can be done I see that their are a few people working for Vodafone on this forum could you please see if theirs anything you can do

If the number has be reallocated then you have had it.

Voda disconnect if you do not make a chargeable call or top up in 180 days

yeah i understand about that however it looks like banjoboy who had the same problem below was told the same however he got his back so am just seeing if any one working for vodafone who is on this forum can see if theirs anything they can do
