Hi I got the same problem as someone below after having a pay as you talk sim for 7 odd years I only been using for in coming calls the last few months on Wednesday I got the inactive sim message and call customer service but was told the number was already given to a sim card somewhere in their system but being 3 days surely something can be done I see that their are a few people working for Vodafone on this forum could you please see if theirs anything you can do
