Hey completely agree with your points! My store targets are way to high since Nov and its been soo hard to hit targets esp with CPW and 3 offering good deals and sometimes better than us! Its stupid we got 3 sets of targets of Post, Ups and Pre! I am making very little and thinking of seriously jumping ship to 3 or 02 just to make some money! I am being pushed to be a assistant manager but whats the point as our stores targets are rarely hit! I think we should get paid per connection and something for upgrades and pre! Time to talk to T Mobile Retail Head on! We should all Strike!!

Totally agree.
What I don't like is the other store in my city(2 minutes from my store) has an fte of 5.1 which gives a points target of 1350. My store has an fte of 2.5 so we have to hit 1800 to make the same money as them. With the fte at my store we are C grade and only get 2.5 but other stores with the same grade have fte of 4.1, 4.5 ect. I don't think this is fair and it makes it harder for us to earn comission. With regards to mucking up the commisions I think its a joke, they can't keep messing up payments to staff and making them wiat an extra month for the correct commision to be paid as this can effect our personal lifes in some cases. There really has to be some sort of change in the structure to make life easier for all people concerned.

Hey, totally agree we should all strike! The Footfalls are badly done we have a high target and our store is dead and it annoys me customers come in to collect a magazine at the bottom of the store and try to avoid speaking to you! I think targets should be universal in all stores like other retailers or have a money system where each connection / prepay counts as something like our repairs! I think its time for the points system to come to an end!
Anybody up for us all writing to HR and demanding a Review come on guys we all gotta stand up and be counted!

Times are hard. You can either invest in new technology or give your staff nice bonuses. I'd rather the investment in new technology since without it we'll fall behind and end up with no jobs....

Also there is the point of friends and relations, if certain retail staff hadn't been abusing it maybe they would'nt of had to re-evaluate everything retail wise.... and maybe us in the rest of the company wouldn't have been screwed over back to 5 connections a year for doing nothing wrong.

react 2? A system that most in the company will never hear of or use, let alone the customer base! I only know of it from various people on here moaning about it.

I'm talking the likes of 3g, HSDPA, HSUPA, TVIYP, MIMS, next generation networks... services which our whole customer base will use and which cost an awful lot of money to develop and support. There is a big picture here and unfortunately i can't see how react 2 comes in to it.

I'm nowhere near a management position, and i think you've missed my point. My point was that if i had to choose between everyone in the company getting nice bonuses, and the company remaining competitive, i would choose the latter as it affords better job stability in the long term.

Player that's fine in a way i agree we need to be up on technology but that is no good when frontline cannot even perform the most basic of customer service queries such as a repair in store cause the computer systems don't allow us too. Most people don't care about mobiletv hsdpa etc, they just want to make calls or have their phones fixed. When we get the basics right then we should move on, but if we jump on new technology we need to support it at store level and that isn't happening

I trust you are not using this forum as a private vendetta against T-Mobile. I ask because

a) your last phrase seems to suggest you are and
b) you are hunting out some old posts

aquafortis please beware that this is a open forum and not for what appears to be you airing your grievances about the internal affairs about T-Mobile.

If you would like to continue on this line, I would suggest that you use MSN where you can discuss this as much as you want, away from the forum.
