Is MS ActiveSync blocked on Vodafone?

I ask because I can sync with my work mail server over WLAN but not over GPRS or 3G.

I have tried using Vodafone business email but that ends up using POP which is pretty poor. I want to sync my Calander, Notes and Contacts as well as my Email.

Any help given will be appreciated

Strange. How are you connecting? Ordinary internet to an exchange server or via a VPN
