View Full Version : Mobile TV - Wish to cancel

Hi all,

I recently signed up for Mobile TV through Vodaphone, mainly to watch the cricket. They have a deal at the mo as you know where you get the first month free.. However, although I can connect fine before a match starts I can never connect after it's started. I presume due to lack of bandwidth. Anyway, whatever the reasons behind it I wish to cancel as I'm not happy and have tried to do this online but can't find any option to do it! I can find the option to subscribe but not to cancel :) I've mailed their support but haven't heard anything back as yet. Could anyone here help perhaps?

Hi Matt

I work for Vodafone.

To cancel mobile TV, you need to load up Vodafone Live, press the 3rd tab at the top of the screen (my favourites), scroll down to my account, go into my subscriptions, and you'll then see the mobile TV subscription. All you do then is select it, and press the option to cancel it.

We can also cancel it for you quite easily. If you want us to do it, you will need to go to www.vodafone.co.uk, then contact us, you will then be able to send us an email. If you include FIT135 in the body of the text, your email will be routed to a team who monitor the public forums.

Thanks for the info - however once logged into Vodafone live I don't have 3 tabs, I only have 2. 'Personal' and 'Business'? I can't see 'my account' or 'my subscriptions' in this..

Hi Matt.

From what you've said, your doing it on your computer. You need to be doing it through your phone (like you wanted top watch mobile TV for instance). When you first load up Vodfone Live on your phone, there is 4 tabs at the top of the page. You want the 3rd 1.
