Anyone on here work for customer services?

Just as topic title, was thinking of applying for a job at customer services at O2 and just wanted to ask someone who already works for them some questions.

That's unfair. I have called them 3 times in the last 2 weeks and they have always been pleasant and most helpful.

Well to be fair I'm comparing the customer service to that of 3, which is non existant! Although as I said I would rate O2's C/S from the day I bought the phone in the shop, to the call I made to check my allowance as friendly indeed.

good company to work for, well rewarded but wherever u work there is going to be numpties that can make your job a little harder or a lot.

Hi I am currently applying for a job at an o2 customer service centre. I am a little bit worried though because Im not with o2 as I already have an 18 month contract with T-mobile, which doesn't end until December 07. Does anyone think if I got the job anyone would be funny with me because Im not with o2?

NO, i work for Three, theres loads of folks with contracts on other networks..no one cares. My friend bought an 02 pay as you got phone today and he sells three contracts.lol
