Everytime i have phoned them they have no idea about it, does anyone have any info? all the websites list practically all other networks apart from three?

It will indeed be coming to 3UK. Understandably not all 3CS agents will confirm this as its not concrete but many have spoken to those who have said it will.
As well as that there is a review I posted a link to in the N95 section which shows the N95 being used on 3UK.
The n95 is under discussion in other threads. In future please use the search option.
