Hiya, First timer here.
EXTREMELY unhappy with Vodaphone, who failed to cancel phone contract and kept on sending bills. This has gone on for several months now and county court action is being threatened. Bring it on I say! Vodaphone are useless at dealing with stuff and have made loads of promises all of which have been breached. My case is with the ombudsman now.

My advice is never ever ever get a vodaphone. I know I never will again.

Have other people experienced vodaphone failing to cancel a contract when requested. the 18 months had passed so there was no problem in doing so, and they have now acknowledged they did get my letter to cancel.

Hi bbk

Sorry to hear of the problems your having, I work for Vodafone and may be able to help.

In order to resolve this, we will need to look at your account.

If you go to www.vodafone.co.uk, then contact us, you will be able to send us an email. If you include FIT135 in the body of the text, it will be picked up by a team who monitor the public forums, and will be able to help.

Hi there BBK

I have experienced excatly the same problem with Vodafone and I am about to leave my own thread.

The customer service people seem untrained and incompetent.

Vodafone have charged me for 17 months after a customer service person told me it would be cancelled.....

See my thread

Get a pac code, the simplest way to terminate with out giving 30 days notice. As voda have to cease charging you once your new network activate your number.
