Hi,

Called CS a couple of months ago and had Web'n'Walk Plus added. Asked at the time if it would be eligible for the 50% discount and was advised yes. Got my bill a couple of days ago and I'm getting discount on my normal Tariff (Flext30) but getting charged the full whack for the W'n'W.

Is this correct? Do I need to change to another tariff package?

the discount is only for the line rental not the web 'n' walk.

Hey,
I work for T Mobile Retail and the discount can only be used for Web N Walk if you go for WNW Flext 35 Tariff as Flext 30 is not on anymore you gotta either switch up to get WNWFlext for 21.25 n pay £4.99 upgrade to Plus if u need it if not dont put it on!
Any WNW Flext Tariff gets discount as you dont get money off bundles!!
