MDA Pro can't back up contacts

Hi everyone,

would appreciate some advice. My phone obviously needs a software upgrade / reinstall, but, I have lots of stored contacts / adresses etc. on my phone that I don't want to lose and I can't get it to connect to any PC with active synch, and the blue tooth only works with the sat nav (won't even recognise an ear piece.

I know that carphone warehouse offers a backup service via text messages etc but my phone isn't listed. Does anyone know how I can back it up, or even copy all the contacts to a memory card?

Hi Andrew

The only way to do this is to use active sync or physically write down all the entries. You cant copy the contact info to a memory card either.

If you tell me what active sync does i will be able to tell you how to troubleshoot it.
