N95 on gadget show

Dam I missed it! Anyone know if its repeated at all. It used to be repeated on saturdays but isnt anymore.

EDIT: Just looked and its repeated on saturday on five at 11:35am.

It was not on for long it looked good and claimed it was going to be the phone of the year due to its spec.

You must watch it though just to see the phone they tested after the N95 you'll fall over wetting yourself !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What did they test after the N95? Was it the iphone?

No they had piv of the iphone. I cant remember make of it but they had 2 phones with gps on. One of the men went out side and the one left in the studio was able to tell exactly where he was. Then this is the funny bit he had to get out his phone to ring guy outside to see if he was where the gps told him he was. Apparently couldn't use it and ring at same time.

Are you saying that you can track another phone user via GPS? I'm fairly certain that this isn't possible with "traditional" GPS systems as thay are only a reciever (they don't transmit a location)

Imagine the possibilites if you could do this...MMmmm:D

yes and no, The phones had to be same make and brand and I think registered to each other to plot each others gps

Yes, i like the idea of seeing where friends are. i saw that mentioned on someone else's review online. can't remember which tho. Might be operator or service dependant tho - unless its Nokia themselves tracking you! lol

(before anyone gets paronoid - obviously you will be able to turn it off lol)
