Hi ive recently brought a lg kg800 and i would like to change it from virgin to t-mobile, i tried the factory reset but it didnt work it just deleted all of my songs and videos and photos very annoying indeed if you could help me please do so,

Don't pay the $20. Get the code from Virgin. It's free if you have spent more than £12 in top ups

this guy does it that i know he charges only 18$ he doesnt need the phone just the imei number
