how to make a formal complaint

What is the process?

I am repeatedly having issues with people not being able to get htrough to me. i have raised this with CS and they have always said that everything is fine and all tests show no issues.

last night my phone had full signal yet my fiancee could not get htrough to me and had to call me on my work mobile.

This is irritating becuase i am effectively paying for a service that isnt meeting my requirements.

Does this only happen in one local area, are you on 2G or 3G, if you are on 3G then try and lock it to 2G and see if the problem still occurs. It could be a network issue, let me know and i'll see what I can do.

i am in a 3g area, it happens even when i have full 3g signal. when i tried locking it to 2g i still had the same problem.

Any ideas becuase this is really frustrating.

If it happens when you are on 2g aswell as 3g i would get you phone checked out. 2G and 3G use totally separate equipment at the base stations and in the exchanges, so it is unlikely to be a hardware issue. Either that or your not set up on the HLR properly, something that CS should be able to get checked out.
