I'm sure somebody will clarify this, but i think that virgin SIMs work in t-mobile phones, but not the other way round.

Ok.. i have seen the N73 on virgin... £15 for 5 months then £30 the rest... is tht good?

i found this.... the guy had paid virgin to unlock his SE phone... but it only accepted a t-mobile one (maybe not unlocked ?)

Why did he pay Virgin to unlock his phone? Their policy is to do it for free after you have spent something like £12
