could be a number of things such as diverts, they could be set up which could sent all incoming calls straight to voicemail

if when someone trys to ring you and they get 'you have dialled an incorrect number', then its a case of calling 150 and asking to get transfered to TDMS who will sort this for u.

Try calling up T-Mobile and asking them the problem.

Make sure the SIM is inserted correctly and dat it does not move.

I've had this problem in the past when a brand new series of numbers have been issued and other telco's have been slow in updating switches.

I remember a couple of years ago when I could only call certain networks from my new 3 phone. Interestingly T-Mobile was one of the last to be connected - took about a week!

what the hell a week?! I rang up tmobile and they said my phone isnt on their database? They said my number could be someone elses number that gets reused or something lol, so i'm goin back to carphonewarehouse to speak to them about it. It's annoying because my new job havent been able to ring me...

It means that your number has not been registered into the normal system yet. This happens when the number has been re-used from other an old SIM or if the number has been purchased from another network. You need to call them up explain your situation and then possibly register your phone to their network. You also need to go to Carphone Warehouse and tell them about this, but this network issue is not their problem.
