I have recieved a bill for a different tarrif to what i signed upto, to which in result has over £100 of extra usage charges. Does this mean orange is in breech of contract? what can i do?
Contact CS, explain what tariff you should be on and the bill will be recalculated. Was the error made by the dealer when they requested the activation. What Service Plan is shown on Your Customer Information Form (the one you signed in the store, or the one which was sent with the phone if it was mail order)? This is not a breach of contract.

I was on the web 200 + 500 texts and had a 250xnetminsforlife bundle which now just says core plan 25
Can not offer any explaination for this although some Web Plans carried promotional offers. Suggest calling CS and seeing what has happened.

hi elofty,
would suggest exactly as 9mil advised, call into CS asap to see what has happened. These tariffs dont just suddenly change by themselves. especially to a core tariff! you may find at times an increase in charges after 6 months if you took on a contract with 6 months half price line rental etc. but it certainly wouldnt change to a core 25!
Any changes like that will have supporting notes on the account, so call in and see what they say.
If it was done in error then they will be able to put you back on the original tariff and a billing recalc done as if you were still on it last month.
