Hi, just a question about Orange CS.
Today I called about 10.30 (late i know) and was told the office was closed? I though cs was 24 / 7 at Orange?
Mayb i need to get a life and not call so late to activate conference calling, my dad is ill though and conference is handy for family ect as he cant talk very well at the moment and so it can be useful to call him and then conference him in on my other call, that way I can interperet for the other person!!!!

Basic CS is 24/7 but I do know some other things are only covered during the day.
I'm sure one of our Orange people will explain

If I am on Panther 75 does anyone know if I need to dial a special number for cs or just call 150 and my call is directed to a Premier CSR???
Just wondering, I know a few years back when I was with premier there was a special number.
Also panther 75 should inc unlimited texts and off peak browsing but this is not reflected in my calls to 150 to check useage?? is this right??? :D

Hi Marlin & Dave
The 'opening' hours of CS changed on Nov 1st. There is still a 24 hour cover for lost/stolen and a 'back-up' for all other departments but they would be as a "sorry, that departement is closed, they operate....." sort of thing!
Premier is open 8am to 10pm, 7 days. To get through to Premier is 150 option 4, but even though they tell us it is discontinued 448 seems to work for some Premier customers, so worth a try!
You wont have the unlimited texts info on the bundle enquiry line on 150 because they are not actually 'metered' like a set bundle as it cant say how many you got left out of the bundle if you see what i mean!
The same for the eve/weekend data as that is unlimited also. only time that gives you a running total of data usage is when it is a set amount of data bundle.
I know that there was a call queue today, so hope you didnt have to wait too long to get through! No idea why so busy, but seems to be turning into a 'wednesday' thing!

Yeah, I tried to call the other day and was dissapointed to find the opening times have changes. I used to generally call Orange very late at night. Im talking 1am kind of time. Never a queue then!
