W950i on Orange - alarm problem

Hi. I'm having a really irritating problem with my Orange Sony Ericsson W950i.

I've had it a few weeks now, but last week decided to use the alarm clock for the first time.

In the "time" menu, the phone allows you to set three alarms. I set one for 9.45am. I was awoken the next day by the alarm at 9.45am. All good.

I then deselected the alarm, as I didn't want to be woken at 9.45 am the following day. However, despite this, the alarm has been sounding at 9.45am every day ever since.....

This week, I set the alarm for 7.20am (for my girlfriend) and another alarm for 7.45am. Again, this was fine, and we were awoken at these times. However, the alarm is still sounding at 9.45 every day!

This weekend, I didn't want the alarm to wake me, so I deselected the 7.20 and 7.45 alarms. But they're still sounding, as is the 9.45 one!!!

What am I doing wrong?! I've checked all the alarm, calendar and task settings, and I just can't seem to stop the alarm from sounding!

Yes I have exactly the same problem. In fact it is getting worse.
I have my alarm set at 6.45 and have to click 'Done' about 6 or 7 times now before the thing will stop. It's been getting gradually worse.

I'm considering doing a master reset but that could be painful :/

Not too sure on this one guys, but i will try and find out for you.
an even quicker way (but possibly more painful for you!) is to ring CS and get them to run a 'diagnostic' if its a known issue then TS will have a remedy for it. If its not a known issue, perhaps it should be!!
Will check it out for you though.
