Does any1 know which debt recovery agency Orange uses?? As I 've lost the agency letter and I can't remember their name. I need to contact them to pay off my account.

Hi Jateet,
There are a number of agencies that the Networks use, Orange, as far as I am aware have not used Moorcroft for about 7-8 months now. If you call into CS with your account number they will be able to look in the billing screen and tell you which agency would be dealing with your account.

Orange use a number of companies, Direct Legal, Moorcroft, Global Debt Recovery. As CSR says give Customer Service a ring and they can tell you who your account is with and provide contact details.
