Hey

I been a very "valuable" customer of T-Mobile for over 3 years (thats what they say)

I asked to go onto there Flext Tarrif.. But i was told that i would need to extend my contract by a further 6 months (as there 18 month contracts) Can T-Mobile allow customers to change to Flext and stop this being extended or were they they telling the truth when they cant stop the extension?

The only flext contracts are 18 months, so they are telling the truth. If you want a flext contract it has to be that long.

I went ahead with it... My 6280's key pad lights are playing up, i could upgrade in July (now Dec) so im going to have to get that looked into before my Warrenty is up... Flext comes into effect from 18th Jan... not long now
