hey ive got my upgrade due next week, and have been with o2 for 2 yrs now, and just wanted to know what i could get?

Im on Online 400 which is 400 mins , 1000 txts for £30, but i called them today and i said i dont want to pay so much if i upgrade, and she said how much do u wana pay n i said £20, and she offered me this same contract for £20!

But ive read posts on the net sayin they got this deal for £15, but now im thinking can i reduce it to maybe £10? or am i taking the mick???

I understand the cancellation department can offer me a better deal? But how low can i get it ??

CaN they give me £10 a month deal?

I dont wana call up without knowing how much i can push them for?

Ive spent over £800 over the last 2 years!?

Any help appreciated

Thanxx

spoke to them again early but they would only offer me the contract for £20!

I told them i know people who have had the same deal for £15 but he said this is the best he can offer me!!

Why is this? is there anyway i can get this £15 deal?? do i need to speak to a supervisor??

Thanxxx

Ive worked in the retention teams before and the way its works is the overall team has a budget from which they can take from depending on how much the customer has spent over the year and then work out how much they can give them off. Because there is a budget if theres been a large amount coming out of the budget then the advisors offer less discount, this works across most companies

ok thanx for ur reply!

is there any think i can say to them to get them to lower it to £15?

I was thinking explaining that i have spent over £800 in the last 2 years? or maybe tellin them an offer i have been made and if they will match it?

What do u think would work?

Thanks again

The best bet is probably do both say how much you have spent in the previous and then say you got whatever offer you decide to make up haha then just hope someone on the other end is having a good day
