having had a contract phone for 10 yrs or so, ive decided to go on payg for a while.
looking at the motorolla v3.
how good is the network.
noticed they use the 02 network, so does that mean the coverage is as good as 02 everywere.

Exactly the same as 02 2.5g so you can check out your usual haunts on the O2 Website

Coverage seems to be pretty good, although bear in mind that the handset you use does seem to make a difference (My old Sendo I got with Tesco seems to be relatively weak)

Do they run any offers like 02's 300 free txt for £10 top up?

They offer 30 day "bundles" of minutes/messages (Or you can drop the price by half if you to up £15 per month)
I, personally, don't use these offers as I only occasionally use my phone (hence the reason I went with a "no frills" provider)

No. They run their own offers. Check out the tesco website.
