Does anyone have any comments on the new messenger which has been released in store? Speed, content, information up-to-date and easy to find?

Its too slow, It takes ages to find out the prices on phones and get updates, bring back the old system it was perfect this is too slow at most times esp the weekend's!! T Mobile have gone backwards!!

yes, it's absolutely crap. we totally hate it. it's slow, cant find the info quickly, pages come up with error messages etc. saturdays are the worst. also, using react is a pain, i'm sick of seeing the 'oops there is a error' message. bring back the old messenger........

I think we all need to email ****** **** Head of Retail and tell him that Messenger is soo crap!! React is getting relaunched in March so enjoy it while its simply as i think its going to be slow!

Yea I hate it, Its too slow and explorer keeps on crashing in my store, they seem to have tried to make it all flashy and put too much detail on the page which slows it down, Its really annoying when you are busy and you have to find something quick for a customer, It doesn't leave a very good impression on them if you are experiencing problems with it!

bring back old messenger why did they tamper with something that worked! I have lost some customers as it kept on crashing when needed info!!

Too slow, it crashes, it's frustrating, and my hair has turned grey cause of it lol
