Today I bought 2 Z560's. Unfortunately when I brought them home my wife didn't like the handset and has stated she doesn't want one. The guy in the store stated about a 14-day cooling off period, does this mean I can hand these sets back? There is no point in us being on different networks. Many thanks for any help given.

I Work For T-Mobile Basically The ONLY 14 Day Returns Policy Is If You Had A Street Check Attached To Your Contract.....Or If Your REALLY Luckly The Manager Can Overide And Cancel The The Contact If You Have Been Missold The Contract....But As You State Your Partner Just Does Not LIKE The Handset So Unfortuatly T-Mobile Will Not Cancel The Contract For This Reason....As There Is No 14 Cancelation Period!!!

Thanks for the replies. Just to update you, I went in today and they took the handsets back no problem. Nice one T-Mobile :)

Hi D-J-S, I'm pretty sure I'm the person who returned your phones in the store! (2 Z560s and a couple of Memory cards?)
As the previous poster said, there's no formal 14 day period, it's all at managers descretion, but in our store we'll always cancel for a customer. There's not point having someone resentful for 18 months!
If you want to pop in with your wife one day and have a look at some other phones, you're more than welcome to :-)

No resentment at all, thanks. I have always found T-Mobile staff to be very helpful. The main problem was there was no signal at that time which is unusual as I normally have a full signal. However, we shall be back as I think she is now open to the idea of having a K800i.

I work for one of the indies. T-Mobile have instructed us that there are no returns what-so-ever on their contract phones. Once it's connected, thats it!
