windows updates problems over 3g

n70 is failing to download windows updates from microsoft over 3g

all comming back with errors in download

any ideas y???


there working fine on a wired connection

handset setting or network packet loss ??????????

change the settings on the handset to GSM in Tools > settings > Network > Network Mode and try the download again, once complete change back to dual mode

I've been using a web & walk card and also a n93 to download, no problems with either...

Is it feasible to try it on a different pc?

I see exactly the same prob trying to update my laptop. No idea why, but it appears to be the same even if I route via VPN - so possibly something to do with the reliability of the connection rather than the fact that its over the air?
