hi all,
just changed my vodafone contract to what was meant to be £25/month for 300 mins+500 sms(12 month contract),after the usual arguing with them.basically they werent even willing to match the other providors,then when they did they were still insisting on £60 for the phone when everyone else was doing it for free (sony eric k800i).
eventually agreed to the £60 for phone and the above deal after a heated conversation with vodafone disconnections guy.
checked my online bill tonight,blow me sideways,i'm on £35/month and 18 month contract,phoned them and they said strangely there were no notes from the guy who put me on it.basically i think he has just had enough of me and has stuck me on it to get me off the phone,as he read it all back to me and i wrote all the details down,so am 100% about what i was told i would be on.
i feel well and truly shafted,phoned them tonight and was told to phone back tomorrow as their dept. who deals with complaints will be open then.they also have a 14-day thing to get the stuff back,so suspect unless they come up with the goods ,this is what will happen.
