Hi i have a datacard on Web n Walk Plus and cannot get on to sites like myspace and Hi5 as there is a content lock in place. I did the registration thing where it takes £2 off your credit card but it still asks me to register when i try and access these sites. I have also ticked the remove content lock option on My T-Mobile area but still no luck. Who do i contact regarding this?
P.S. i would need a full phone number as i wont be calling from the T-Mob sim as its staying in the datacard

turn off your laptop, take out the datacard, remove sim, put all back together and try again, should work.
that's what i did and it's fine now.
hope this helps you.

CS should always be your first port of call. They'll look in the systems to make sure content lock has been removed, and if it has they'll escalate it up the support paths.
I know first hand that there have been some issues with what you're trying to do lately, however i believed they had been fixed...
Have you tried putting the SIM in a phone and trying to access restricted content on t-zones?

Strange. I've just had this saying that a site I am visiting is for over 18s....didnt know ice hockey was that dangerous.
Authorised and still not worky.
Think they are having problems etc?

you really do need to phone customer services for this sort of fault. :)
If the 18+ access flag hasn't been given to your account, for some reason, they can refresh it. If you still can't access 18+ content then they can go through the process for escalation. I have seen faults come through similar to yours before and they can only be fixed by going through CS and then up the teams (assuming the flag is applied...)

Just to let you know i rang up CS and spoke to a cheerful guy called Gary. He sorted the problem out in no less than 5 mins and was very very helpful. I can now access myspace with no problems!! 3CS should learn a thing or two from these guys.
