Hi, I have just renewed my contract with Vodaphone and got a "K800 free" on Anytime 75 12 month. I recieved the phone his morning and low and behold its a used handset Nearly New as it states on the reciept.

This is just the tip of the iceberg tho. I initially took out what i thought was a 12 month contract and got kipperd up with a 18 month contract with a 6680 which i paid extra for, this phone spent more time with Vodaphone than it did with me so they exchanged it with a K750 which was free at the time of signing the contract.

The K750 lasted 8 months before the dreded joystick probem which they repired and replaced the phone over 5 times. Then i got a free K610 which lasted all of 2 weeks before sim failiure and white screen of death. I went into the Vodaphone shop in Meadowhall again, After some heated words i came out with a new 6234 which has been perfect.

Now i have upgraded and its started all over again, can Vodaphone give you a second hand phone with a upgrade and new 12 month contract

BTW Hi, and sorry for the moan on the first post :)

from vodafones view i don't think they would ever offer a k800i on a 12 months upgrade free of charge... i don't know any network that would, not a £20 per month anyway

I asked for a PAC code, the guy on the other end talked me round to a upgrade. He said i could get a K800 free so i went for it.

I do O2 and i have just done it, got myself a Silver K800 for £20 a month on a 12 month contract

lol, they can' t be making much money on that, no offence. upgrades only tend to give you a phone free if you spend £35-45 per month anything under that apparently doesn't "justify" spending £380 for a phone and charging nothing when the company won't get hte cost of it back

None taken M8, dont forget that Voda buy them in in the thousands so i would think that the price comes down a bit
