To double check you’ve got the correct settings, you can visit www.vodafonehelp.co.uk

If you want to go straight to the page for the 902, I’ve put the link below:

http://www.vodafonehelp.co.uk/GettingStarted.php?ModelID=57&e=0

You’ll need to click 'settings' then follow the instructions.

If you still can’t use MMS / Vodafone Live, then I’d suggest contacting Vodafone via the web form at www.vodafone.co.uk/contactus, to ensure the services are provisioned on your account.

Hope this helps.

try these

Instructions given in this colour are the defaulted entries and so if you copy the existing Contract Profiles you shouldn't have to change them, these are given here for fault finding purposes.

Press the centre of the navigation key to bring up the main menu

Scroll to Connectivity (bottom left) and press Select

Scroll down to Internet Settings and press Select

Stay on Application and press Select

Scroll down to MMS Settings and press Select

Scroll down to Vodafone Contract and press Select

Scroll down to Copy and press Select

At Profile Name enter a new name for your profile i.e. Vodafone Prepay select twice

Scroll down to highlight your new profile and press Options

Stay on Activate and press Select

Scroll to highlight your new profile and press Options

Scroll down to Edit and press Select

Scroll down to Proxy and select

Scroll to your new proxy (created in the WAP over GPRS guide) i.e. Vodafone Prepay and select

Scroll down to Relay Server URL and select and enter http://mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms

Press Options, scroll to Set and press Select

Note: you'll get the prompt "When setting information is not right it may be impossible to connect" press Yes

Also, make sure that MMS has been provisioned on the SIM. Vodafone CS will be able to check this for you
