managed to get my k800i unlocked to any network and thought i'd debrand it as well.

so i used wotanserver to flash my k800i however it seems to have failed despite following every step on their help section (http://www.wotanserver.com/index.php?show=help&lang=gb) inlcuding USB driver installation.

When i start up the phone, and select NORMAL phone mode (as opposed to flight mode) i get the error message:

"Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service provider."

according to the log, flashing was fine until the last few processes. these are the last few entries of the log:

...
CSLoader: login OK
CSLoader: sign 1 fetched
CS Sign 2 generating
CS Sign 2 fetched
CS Loader: automatic finalization

unfortunately wotan are unreachable, their support forums are down as is their online support system as well.

so the bottom line is:
any ideas why there was an error?
is the damage permanent?
is it possible to reflash the phone again?

NB i had to update the EROM before flashing, but im not sure if that was successful or not, despite the 'OK' message

Did you check the finalise box when flashing? Do you have the latest Wotan client? Try flashing it again, mine failed before as the process hadn't finalised. Just connected phone again and reflashed and it worked. Worth a try.
