Hi, hope you might be able to shed some light on this.
I can receive photo messages fine on my RAZR 3x, but tonight my sister (also on Orange, she has a Sony K800i) sent me multiple photo messages, and although I received the message, there was no photo attached. The message I got said "Error: Unable to download". If I clicked on 'Options' there is a Download option. After about one minute it says unable to download.
Does anyone know what would be causing me to not be able to receive these photos? Apparently one of her friends cannot receive them off her either, so it may be something she has setup in the phone?
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
