More Battery Life? (Sorry I'm a mobile dummy!!)

Hi there again

I was looking at the threads for more battery life for the C975, as right now, it sucks, even though it's fully charged, it hardly lasts 12 hours if you shoot videos and take pictures etc.

Sadly I did not understand a word of what to do, to enable me to get more battery life. I don't know anything about *rar* files or how to use them, so even if the link had been working, I would not have known what to do I'm afraid.

Is it possible that anyone can give me a step by step (easy-lay-mans-terms) guide to extending my phones battery life?

Sorry to bring this up again, but I really have no clue, and did not understand anything on previous threads.

do u want more battery or more space? im confused. if u wnt mor space... get a transflash card. if u wnt more battery... turn the brightness down in settings/ turn the sound down etc.

Thanks for reply :) I have a memory card, it's not memory I need. I want my battery life (once charged) to last for longer. Right now it barely lasts 12 hours before it needs recharged. I have my brightness down as suggested, but I do need the sound at full, otherwise I will not hear the phone. Even at top volume, it's not that loud.

well unless it is posibl 2 get an extra big battery... im not sure wot 2 do
