I have a SE k610i on orange network (United Kingdom) I would like to unlock it and use it on the o2 network. any help appreciated, cheers

I think you will find the only way, if you can get these phones unlocked is to contact the network provider that the phones are locked to.

i did contact orange the cost is £20/- i'll wait for a few days until some1 cracks it and sells it on the net for less.

You may be waiting more than a few days, if it is like the BB5 type nokia's you will have a long wait, as they have been out a few years now and the only way to unlock them is via the network operater.

no you will just need the usb cable that you got aong with the phone.

I'm still confused, how will connecting the phone to a pc unlock it from the network, ie 3 Mobile?

Got your email thanks, but I know all about Davinci now and don't want to pay 50 euros. I was hoping you were going to unlock it a different way!

if you don t have a sonyericsson box like setool or UB + logs that are little bit cheaper then davinci your unique solution Davinci server !! or maybe try getting your unlock code from provider if you are phone owner but this will take time and not free affcourse

Me too need to unlock k610i. I just visited http://www.seuniverse.com/ and they are demanding 50 Euro to unlock online. It's too much and there's no guarantee if I pay them and my phone didnt get unclocked.

Any suggestions?
