I got an early upgrade from my LG U880 to a Nokia N73 with the Yahoo Internet Plus service which gives "unlimited" access to the internet.
I could not access any site apart from the 3 services to start with (error message: ACCESS DENIED etc) so I phoned 3 CS and they asked me to try the sim in my LG....it worked...no problem accessing the Internet......so I put the sim back into the N73 and (hey presto) I had access....until I disconnected and did other things.........then back came the dreaded Access Denied message :(
Switching the phone on and off corrects the problem most times but it is becoming a real pain in the posterior.
I phoned CS and they have offered to replace the handset.......I may do this.....but does anyone have experience of this problem...and maybe a solution....as I feel that the new handset may just do the same thing ??
