Anyone using Tmobile SIM with Dell Wireless 5505 PCI Express Mini Card (3G/UMTS)???

Just bought new laptop XPSM1210., but failed to realise beforehand that it doesn't have a standard card slot for the tmobile data card.

Has anyone tried to use the above dell branded internal data card with web & walk?

Well, if anyone is interested, it does work correctly on TMobile (comes with a vodafone sim, but the hardware isn't locked...)

I recently purchased a D620 with 5055 card installed. However the T-Mobile Sim wont work for me, what did you have to do in order to get it to work?

Had to add the details in profile manager from the "Dell Mobile Broadband" utility - have you done that part?

The SIM worked ok - it wasn't locked to vod...

Ive worked out the APN but dont know if there is any other settings
