Download Sound Problems

Can anyone tell me if they have had sound problems when downloading videos from three. I Download alot of videos and am unable to hear near anything using the headphones, But when i un plug them the sound quality is much better. However With audio tracks the sounds is really good using the headphones.

Anyone else had / Resolved this problem

I have the same problem but vids from various places are the same they sound great on speakers but very low sound on headset

I was wandering if i could return the handset as it is not fit for purpose
