not happy at the moment , just lost my 6680 wich i have had for a year , took one and half hours on the phone last night before i hung up to try to get it sorted. finally got through to someone about midnight . discussing my options as to new phone would be free on 12 month . but i fancied the n80 would cost £129 including new sim. when he went through to upgrades i was told they are not giving out this phone anymore . he said he didnt know why might be out of stock might be software probs.but said there was plenty other phones.looked on website seems you can still get them there. but put off by the fact i would be tied into 6month+ whichever plan i chose . so much for treating existing customers the same,. so at the moment got sim card coming at a cost of £17.

Existing customers are never treated the same - whatever the addverts may say. After a contract is finished it is usually more cost effective for the customer the port their number out to another network.
If you want to stay with the same network then port the number onto a PAYG sim from a different network, then back in to the original network as a 'new' customer.

Yep. I've done it in the past. I'm just in the process of porting out an Orange number as I write.
