Grey, I've bought a mobile from them on march of this year, and after 6 months i sent the bills in and they finally gave me half the cashback for up to 6 months by cheque today.
However to claim the last half of the cashback, the terms and conditions are a wee bit confusing, and therefore on the process of askin them exactly how thats done.
but as far as i no, me and another person who went with the same company got thier cashback for the first 6 months. hope thats helps. lates
Just to point out "the mobile outlet" 60% of the time dont pay cashback they owe you
So BEWARE!

jsut curious. i have already recieved my cashback for the 1st 6months succesfully:laugh:
however i have sent in my 12th bill and am waiting for the remainder of my cashback. i wanted to know if i could now cancel my contract with "3" or do i have to wait until i get my cashback.
ideally i want to move from "3" to "orange" and take out another cashback deal (with orange). im assuming i can move because i have already recieved 12bills and so my 12months is up?
is it safe to move or do i have to wait a lil more??

As an Orange CSR experienced at dealing with billing issues and contracts in my experience these cashback deals are usually not worth the paper they are written on. Your's seems to have been ok so far (you've actually got some money out of them that they've promised) but there's been just as many customers screwed over by dealers who have gone bust or have just decided not to pay anything. Orange themselves do not do the cashback thing so it depends on the dealers themselves.
Just to point out cash back deals with one stop phone shop, e2 save and carphone warehouse nearly always pay out(99.9%), however I wouldnt purchase directly from orange as they rip you off!
For example I recently changed from 3 to orange and purchased d900 on 500 mins and 500 texts and they gave me 18 months half price £17.50, whereas through orange you have to pay the full amount £35.00 each month
Hope this helps
