Accessing Mobile TV

Hi all ,I'm new to 3G and to these forums, I've had a search around and can't find what I'm looking for so apologies if this is posted elsewhere !!

Ok , i have just bought a Nokia N80 and put a Vodafone sim in it and signed up to the mobile tv but when I connect to the WAP it gives me the following messages
connection to server needed. connect? then when i select yes it says connecting via PAYT WAP

then it again asks if i want to connect to server when I try to view a channel
and I get the message max number of connections in use,close an active connection first it then disconnects the PAYT WAP and attempts to connect to the tv channel and finally gives the meaasge unable to connect

I've called Voadfone twice already and all they have told me to do is to take the battery out of the phone for 30 mins :cross-eye so any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks

Are you using a pay as you talk sim in the Nokia N80? It may be that the N80's internet settings are set up for contract use only? You could try re-installing the internet settings on the handset from:

Might sound silly but has it also been set up on your account to access? I had a problem where it supposed to be set up but is wasnt
