7 Day Return Policy

I recently upgraded to a SonyEricsson k800i through T-mobile direct, I probably Will keep the phone but just incase I do change my mind and wish to return it, would I still be able to upgrade to a phone at a later date (eg when MDA Vario 2 comes out) or will I have to imidiatley choose another phone to upgrade to(I mean chose another phone within that 7 day period)?

Once T-mobile have issued you a returns authorisation number. Then when you have returned the phone and when T-Mobile have cleared the return from your account you can then upgrade again.
