hi when you come to your end of your 12 month contract have you got to take a new phone or can you wait until a phone comes along that you like and if so do you then get a new contract date for example orignal contact date september get new phone december does your new contract run from september or december meaning it would be only nine months to wait to get a other phone if it runs from your orignal date or have you got to have a upgrade can you get free minutes instead. please reply asap cheers

You do not have to take a new phone at the end of 12 months. All you have to do is give your supplier 30 days notice when you do want to leave.
Your new contract will run from the date you take it out, so another 12 months from then.
Beware, some prices being quoted at the moment are for 18 month contracts

Hi Teapot,

If your contract has an expiry of say 31st June 2006, (which has now passed) your contract will then be a rolling contract.

We'll still need 30 days written notice to end this.

When you then decide to upgrade, your new 12 or 18 month contract will start on the day that you upgrade.

You'll then have 14 days to cancel the upgrade should you wish to do so by calling upgrades.
